Rooted in critical design and strategic foresight, the project used tools like the 4P Cone, backcasting, and scenario mapping to interrogate current systemic gaps. The result was not just a concept but a future-facing strategy that reframes navigation as an adaptive, cognitively attuned service, positioning inclusivity as a core design value, not an afterthought.
