Developed a go-to-market strategy for Soter to launch HAZOP Edge an app aimed at redefining legacy HAZOP processes and breaking into a rigid, resistant industry. To help capture 5% of the UK HAZOP market, we designed a two-fold approach: a product-led strategy driven by a UI/UX proof of concept, supported by a detailed GTM strategy and execution roadmap

Challenges & Learning
Working with HAZOP, a complex process for industry outsiders, taught me how to communicate problems and solutions in a simplified, accessible manner.
As the client approached their launch date and we neared our GTM deadline, the pressure of tight timelines combined with limited access to additional resources forced us to think on our feet and make swift, effective decisions.
I learned to strategically leverage each team member's expertise while planning the entire process from research to execution alongside managing communication between the team, college faculty, and clients.
Organising a co-working workshop with the client under tight deadlines was challenging, but it proved highly valuable, allowing us to extract crucial insights directly from the client.
